The Deadly Club

The Deadly Club is a new community theatre work by Digi Youth Arts, taking to communities across so-called South-East Queensland in January 2026.

The Deadly Club is a fast, fierce, and heartfelt play set in 1997, centring three Blak teens who carry far more responsibility than most people ever see. Confident, stylish, and sharp as hell, Courtney, Mariah, and Jordan know exactly who they are - until the ground beneath them begins to shift.

As their final gathering of the year unfolds, the balance between holding it together and letting it go begins to change.

Bold, playful, and quietly devastating, The Deadly Club celebrates Blak joy, resilience, and the strength found in shared care - reminding us that some stories don’t give answers, they give us back to ourselves.
