WORKSHOPS REGISTRATION

DYA are bringing a new multi-arts workshops and residency program to Meanjin, Brisbane.

Presenting over the April school holidays this program will include FREE performances, yarns and a series of arts workshops for First Nations youth 14-30 years old.

When: Tuesday 2 April - Friday 5 April, 10am - 3pm

Where: Backbone Youth Arts, 28 Tallowwood St, Seven Hills QLD.

RESIDENCY APPLICATION

Following our week long workshop series DYA have 6x Residency opportunities for First Nations youth artists.

This residency program will provide funding support, 1 week of space to create and mentorship to successful applicants.

When: Monday 8 April - Friday 12 April

Where: Backbone Youth Arts, 28 Tallowwood St, Seven Hills QLD

Please email your artist CV and in 500 words or less tell us about your project and how this residency support will aid your practice.

To be eligible to participate in this project you must be an under 30 year old Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person who is either based in Brisbane or have cultural connections to the area of so-called Brisbane.
